As a business looking for a highly motivated, energetic workforce, Bristol was the obvious choice for Pax8. We were also looking for a city with a lot of ambitious, energetic talent, and the universities based in and around Bristol were a major draw.

The future for Pax8

Pax8 is fully committed to Bristol and has seen phenomenal growth in the first year based in the city and is projected to grow by 100-150 heads over the next 4-5 years. As Pax8 continues to expand across the UK and Europe, the Bristol office will serve as the Pax8 headquarters in Europe.

Support in the region

Invest Bristol & Bath (IBB) played a key role with helping Pax8 launch in the UK. Their role was pivotal for Pax8’s connections, expanding network, and visibility. The team helped forge key connections between Pax8 stakeholders and members of the Bristol community.

IBB consistently and proactively connected Cole Knuth, Chief Revenue Officer for Pax8 EMEA, to individuals who could support Pax8 in their mission to establish a physical presence in the UK. The team were instrumental in connecting Cole to individuals, including the Department for Foreign Trade (UK government), who played a role in making Pax8’s establishment in Bristol as seamless as possible. The people introduced to Cole were passionate about Bristol, and it was this that sealed the deal for Pax8 when choosing Bristol as the base for the Pax8 UK/EMEA head office.
